Test and Interview Preparation for Dispatchers

Preparing for the hiring process is an important step toward becoming a dispatcher. Learn 911 offers targeted workshops to help you perform confidently during testing and interviews.

Interview Preparation (includes editing of your opening statement): $75

Call-Taker and Radio Dispatch Workshops

These workshops are tailored to each student's needs and focus on strengthening the fundamentals of call-taking and radio dispatch. Through scenario-based exercises, participants practice handling realistic emergency communication situations while developing critical thinking and decision-making skills.
